First, you can turn off Automatic Updates in Plugins. That will reduce the frequency of updates so customers aren't always getting these. - Namehero
a. Log into Namehero > Retired Products - Gold Reseller > Log in to WHM > List Accounts
b. Find the domain and log into cPanel
c. Go to Softaculous Apps Installer > Wordpress > Current Applications > Manage your installation with Wordpress Manager
d. Edit Details > Check "Disable Update Notifications Emails
e. Email Settings
1. Uncheck all the boxes
