- Troubleshooting processing errors
- Find the products that have errors in Google Merchant Center (GMC)
- By Diagnostics: Go to Google Merchant Center > Diagnostics
- For each issue, Download items with this issue as CSV
- Find the product in WooCommerce that has the error (by Item Id or Item Title)
- By All Products
- Where Status = Disapproved or invalid, edit the item in GMC
- Determine the Item status (why it was disapproved or invalid)
- By Diagnostics: Go to Google Merchant Center > Diagnostics
- Find the product in WooCommerce (by Item Id or Item Title)
- Products > Search products > Enter ID and search (Ex: '63038')
- Edit the product (note: a different product ID may come up but the product ID searched for is a variation)
- Fixing each issue
- Missing value for shipping rate [shipping weight]
- Select Variations > Select the product ID (Ex: 63038)
- Add Weight (oz), Save changes, Update
- Missing value for shipping rate [shipping weight]
